Learning worlds: Turn MP4 Videos into interactive SCORM
Project Description: Enhancing Interactivity for Online Risk Management Course I have an existing online risk management course hosted on Learning Worlds. The course is currently delivered primarily through narrated MP4 video content, created from recorded PowerPoint presentations with voiceover, sound, and background music. Course is hosted here: https://bigdoglearning.com/course/risk-management While the content has been well received in terms of substance, a key piece of feedback from learners is that the course is not sufficiently interactive. To address this, I am looking to enhance the learning experience by introducing a set of interactive elements across the course. Scope of Work The scope of this engagement includes: Designing and creating approximately 6–8 interactive learning elements to be embedded within the existing course. These would be distributed across the modules, typically 1–2 interactive elements per module, although not all modules will necessarily require interactivity. Interactive elements could include (but are not limited to): Scenario-based questions or decision points Short quizzes or knowledge checks Click-through or branching exercises Interactive visuals or animations Reflection prompts or simple simulations Supporting the integration and setup of these interactive elements within the Learning Worlds platform, ensuring they function correctly and align with the existing course structure and user experience. Objectives Increase learner engagement and participation. Reinforce key risk management concepts through active learning rather than passive viewing. Improve overall learner feedback and perceived course quality, while retaining the existing video content as the core narrative. Deliverables Designed and implemented interactive elements embedded within the course. Guidance or support on how these elements are configured and managed within Learning Worlds. A solution that is scalable and can be adapted for future course updates. I am looking for someone with experience in instructional design, e-learning interactivity, and Learning Worlds (or similar platforms) who can both create the interactive components and help configure them within the platform I can provide the videos and some ideas for interactivity. Looking someone to build these for me, then show me how to set-up in Learning Worlds
Financial Management's Role in Business
Having a solid understanding of financial principles and reports will support your professional and personal success. Financial management requires much more than knowing how to build a budget or analyze accounting records. Your ability to generate and use accurate financial data can help you make sound decisions in the workplace and at home. For your initial post, address the following point: Introduce yourself to the class and discuss your educational and professional background. Then answer the following questions: Have you ever used financial documents, such as tax returns and financial statements, to make a personal or business decision? Explain. What terms or concepts come to mind when you think about finance? What concerns or excites you about the course? Part 2 Review the posts of your peers. Respond to at least two classmates and address the following questions: How are your experiences similar to or different than those of your peers? What advice, resources, or encouragement would you offer to your peers to help them succeed in this course? first respond My name is Angel, I currently reside in Philadelphia, PA. I am in the military and after 20 years of service, I will be retiring from this profession. I am pursuing a bachelors in business administration with a concentration in HR. My role in the military is combat arms, I spent a lot of my time training in tactics and physical fitness. The current position I'm in is a lot different than what I'm used to. Im an ROTC instructor at one of the colleges here in Philly, so have more of developmental and instructional role. I have a couple of rental properties and to some degree I've used tax documents or financial statements. I took an accounting course last semester and learned about financial statements and balance sheets which made me realize I was doing this for my business in some capacity. When I hear the word finance - I think of borrowing money to acquire assets, monetary transactions, and record keeping. What excites me about this course is that not only is it part of my degree but I can also gain knowledge that I can apply to my business and personal life. The labs and the projects are somewhat intimidating because I haven't taken any courses that require a lab so its something new to me. I project milestones concern me a bit because I worry that I won't be able to find or transfer the information needed for specific areas. second respond My name is Femi Oludipe, and I am currently pursing a degree in Finance and Accounting, looking forward to graduating by the end of this year. Prior to now, I have worked in management where I have been exposed to different financial documents such as Labor reports, income statements, profit and loss accounts, inventory reports and expense report. During my work in management I use these reports for scheduling and monitoring waste, profit and loss and investigating theft. In my personal life, I spent time to file my own taxes, understanding how the taxation system works, I am someone who loves investing in stocks and also trading the forex and futures markets. When investing in stocks I research companies financial reports to evaluate consistency and growth potentials. I love reading dividend reports especially for REITS stocks and they are a good source for residual income. When I think about finance all that comes to my mind is FREEDOM - the ability to create financial opportunities without having to sacrifice time daily for it. I am excited to be in the class due to the knowledge gap that will be closed by the end of this course both personally and professionally, and looking forward to advancing my career as a financial expert in a world that is financially struggling. Glad to be here !

What I need from you: - Double-check my numbers to ensure accuracy. - Prepare and file the necessary accounts and tax return. - Provide peace of mind that everything is done properly and on time. Ideal for you if: - You’re looking for a simple, low-maintenance client. - You want clear records provided up front. - You prefer stress-free accounting with minimal chasing around. Set Up Multi-Project Plan (36 Games per Year) in Smartsheet
I need a specialist to set up a portfolio-level project plan that can handle around 36 projects (games) per year, each with ~40 deliverables across 5 phases. The deliverables I need are: A master template of dependencies (e.g. design docs, maths spec, prototype, art, QA, release). Ability to duplicate the template per project so it scales easily to all 36 games. Dependencies that cascade automatically (if one milestone slips, downstream dates adjust). A portfolio view showing all games in flight across 3 studios. Filtered views for different audiences (Heads of Studio, Maths, Art, Sound teams) so they can see just the deliverables relevant to them. Ability to export/share reports easily (e.g. per-studio plan or team-specific workload). Flexibility to add/remove deliverables per project without breaking the structure. A short handover/training so I know how to update milestone dates/status, but I don’t need to learn the full system. Key context: This is not software development. It’s about setting up the planning framework in a tool (MS Project if available internally, or Smartsheet if that’s better). Once built, I want the ongoing admin to be light-touch — I will update dates weekly and use it to hold teams accountable. The value for me is visibility across all projects, spotting slippage early, and giving central teams clear visibility of when they are needed. If you have experience setting up multi-project plans, portfolio dashboards, or PMO frameworks, I’d like to hear from you. Please share examples of similar work you’ve done.
